Everybody is SO stressed nowadays! Life seems to be going at break-neck speed. It is no wonder then that words like 'over fatigue' and 'burnout' figure in almost any conversation. And what does this have to do with our sex lives? A LOT!

In any relationship, even if just one person is stressed out, this can greatly hinder the health of their sex lives. I remember one of my clients Linda (real name withheld for privacy).

She's a stay at home mom and even though she did not have a 'career', doing household chores and caring for their three young kids just left her too tired at the end of each day. So when her husband comes home and is in the mood for some love making, she was never really in the mood. When I talked to her husband, he felt that she was always too distant and that he was really not sexually satisfied in their marriage.

This scenario is sadly all too common in relationships now. Everybody is tired. Nobody has time for 'quality sex'. But you know what? You CAN have great sex even with your hectic lives! The secret is to engage in SEXUAL MASSAGES.

What are Sexual Massages?

Sexual massages are not just your average massages but they do help put your and your partner's mind and body to rest. The goal of sexual massages is to relax the mind and body with strokes that of course, heighten sexual desire.

If in basic massages the goal is simply to de-stress, sexual massages aim to de-stress you and your partner at the start... and then slowly prime you for great sex!

Sexual massages are also great 'bonding times' for lovers. It gives you time to be alone with one another and share the day's highs and lows. You can also just opt for complete silence.

Oh, it gets worse... Marcel, on the other hand, did not bother grooming as well; he did not brush his teeth and so had a mild case of bad breath. So instead of relaxing each other, they both annoyed each other to a certain degree.

Do you think this is funny? Maybe. But do you think YOU or your woman will enjoy a setting like this? No you won't. Even the Kama Sutra says that personal hygiene MUST be tended too at all times because how you smell and the scent you give off affects sexual desire!

So what do you do? BATHE each other. Giving each other a bath, or sharing a shower, is not only cleansing and refreshing. It also gets you in the mood for love. Besides, the shower can be an exciting place to start getting horny! And lastly, it's an inoffensive way of ensuring that you and/or your partner smell good to each other.

And here's another tip for you men: a sexual massage is a great idea but not when your woman is having her period. So before you light the candles, prepare the bath, pour the scent oils, and others, make sure that she's not having her 'monthly visitor'.
