Foreplay is such an important part of lovemaking that to overlook it can be the start of the end for many relationships especially where one partner is getting the climax they want, usually the guy and the other is simply not enjoying it.

Avoid The Foreplay Mistakes
1. Make sure you are clean. Don't assume that because you are having sex that you are going to get hot and sweaty anyway. Nothing turns people off more than bad hygiene. So make sure you smell good and your breath is fresh.
2. Make sure your nails are cut. Your fingernails can put a dampener on sex guys. Imagine putting your fingers inside her delicate vagina and you've got her to a point where she really wants to climax and suddenly, she screams out in pain. You scratched her inside and drawn blood. Imagine how this could kill the moment.
3. Be gentle with her nipples. This is a foreplay mistake that gets repeated over and over again. The nipples are sensitive. Squeezing and biting them too hard hurts so don't do it. It is a huge "in the moment" killer.
4. If the light is on the last thing you want to do is ask for it to be turned off. Why? Think about it. Women are very conscious of their bodies.
